For this reason, STIL Diamonds assumes no responsibility for any inaccurate descriptions of the products presented on this website, as they are identical to those provided by the representatives of each brand.

All products sold through this website are accompanied by an original warranty certificate issued by the importer or supplier.

The maximum amount of damages that STIL Diamonds may pay to any customer in the event of non-delivery or improper delivery is the amount collected by STIL Diamonds from that customer.

Regardless of how the order is placed (through the online store, by email, by phone, or by other means), the acceptance of the order, i.e., the conclusion of the agreement and the sales contract, takes place when the customer signs the tax invoice accompanying the product or the delivery documents provided by the courier company. The tax invoice serves as the Sales Agreement. The placing of the order, the automatic email sent after the order is received, telephone or email discussions, or other methods do not constitute firm acceptance of the order and, as a result, do not signify the conclusion of a distance contract.

Limitation of liability for prices

STIL Diamonds reserves the right to change any of the product prices without prior notice, as well as to remove some products, replace them or introduce new ones. The prices shown include VAT (21%), but do not include delivery costs, unless expressly stated otherwise on the online store. The purchase price printed on the invoice will be the same as that published on the online store at the time of purchase. There is no minimum order price limit.

Limitation of liability for delivery

STIL Diamonds reserves the right to contact customers to confirm orders before fulfilling them.

Products are delivered anywhere in Romania within a maximum of 48 hours (2 business days) from the moment the order is confirmed by STIL Diamonds staff.

If the customer is not found at the address mentioned in the order, within the time interval agreed with the courier company representative, the latter will return once more. If delivery cannot be made on this occasion either, the order will be canceled and the product returned to the head office, with the customer bearing the costs of a new delivery, regardless of the value of the products ordered.

All orders on the STIL Diamonds website benefit from free delivery.

STIL Diamonds reserves the right to delay or cancel deliveries of ordered products if they cannot be honored for reasons beyond its control, such as: fires, explosions, floods, epidemics, strikes, government actions, wars, acts of terrorism, protests, riots, civil unrest, or other force majeure impediments, in accordance with Romanian law.

Limitation of liability for payment

Payment for ordered products can be made online with bank cards; cash on delivery, to the courier company representative upon receipt of the product; or by cash/bank card, upon collection of the products from STIL Diamonds showrooms.

STIL Diamonds reserves the right, in certain cases, to request payment for products in advance, based on a proforma invoice issued and sent by means of communication agreed upon with the customer.

Limitation of liability for product warranty

Products purchased through the online store are covered by the warranty provided by the supplier of each brand, in compliance with the legal provisions in force. Thus, each product will be accompanied by a warranty certificate issued by the manufacturer or importer, who provides, directly or through its representatives, service for the respective product.

Limitation of liability for user comments

Users visiting the STIL Diamonds website may comment on the website and the products it offers, which may be published after prior approval by the administrator. STIL Diamonds reserves the right not to publish comments with illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory content, which in any way disturb the privacy of other persons, violate intellectual property rights, contain viruses, texts targeting various promotional campaigns, chain letters, mass emails, or any other form of spam. STIL Diamonds shall not be liable and shall not be obliged to pay compensation for any form of damage caused by such comments or communications.

In the case of sending materials/documents other than those related to the process of purchasing/selling products, it is considered that the user grants STIL Diamonds and its affiliates/associates the non-exclusive, unlimited, free, irrevocable, and retransmittable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute them anywhere in the world, by any means.

The user guarantees that they have all rights to the content they submit for publication on the website, by any means, so that the use of this content does not cause harm to any person. STIL Diamonds assumes no responsibility for any damage caused by the use of this information, which is provided under the same limitation of liability as the rest of the content.

Limitation of liability for links to other online stores, servers, browsers

The STIL Diamonds website is hosted on the servers of a third party. STIL Diamonds cannot be held responsible for any errors that may occur, regardless of the reasons for their occurrence, including changes to the website, settings, or updates. Furthermore, STIL Diamonds cannot be held liable for errors arising from the use of certain browsers.

STIL Diamonds is not responsible for the content, quality, or nature of the websites that can be accessed through links on the STIL Diamonds website. The owners of these websites bear full responsibility for them.

Right to return products

The customer has the right to notify STIL Diamonds in writing that they are cancelling the purchase, without penalty and without giving any specific reason, within 14 working days of receiving the product.

The purchased product must be returned within this period in its original packaging, with all accessories and without any signs of damage or wear, with the customer bearing the shipping costs in accordance with Romanian law.

This right cannot be invoked for products picked up from our premises, for which a trial has been made or which have been installed.

If the product is returned in a condition that no longer allows it to be sold as new, STIL Diamonds reserves the right to request compensation for restoring it to its original condition (if possible) or to cover the price difference resulting from the sale of the product as second-hand. If neither of these options is accepted by the customer, the product will be returned to them at their expense. This clause applies in accordance with O.G. 34/2014, in the case of purchasing products using remote communication techniques, applying the definitions contained in O.G. 34/2014 art. 2 paragraph 7.

Personal data protection

STIL Diamonds respects the privacy and security of the personal data processing of every person who visits or orders products on this website, being registered under No. 27939 with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing.

In accordance with the requirements of Law No. 677/2001 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, as amended and supplemented, and Law No. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector, STIL Diamonds will manage the personal data provided in a secure manner and only for the specified purposes.

The provision of data is mandatory, as it is necessary in order to be contacted, to issue transaction documents, and to deliver the order. Refusal to provide this information will make it impossible to process orders placed.

The information recorded is intended for use by STIL Diamonds and is communicated (in part) only to the following recipients: the express courier company that delivers the products, the company and banking or financial institutions, in the case of card payments (online or directly in the showroom).

Your personal data will be used by STIL Diamonds and its suppliers only for the stated purpose of this website, in accordance with legal provisions.

Personal data may be transmitted to authorities entitled to verify commercial transactions, only upon their justified request.

Promotions and contests

STIL Diamonds establishes the rules for the promotions and contests it organizes and informs potential participants through its online store or by email.

Only orders that strictly comply with the rules posted on the website are eligible for promotions. Furthermore, promotions only apply to orders that are registered during their period of validity and only while stocks last.

STIL Diamonds does not guarantee the availability of promotional products in stock and may interrupt or cancel them at any time without prior notice.

Disputes and final provisions

Any other issue not already covered in any article of this document will be settled amicably within 30 working days from the date of written notification of the issues by the user. If the dispute cannot be settled amicably, the Romanian courts shall have jurisdiction, with STIL Diamonds choosing the courts in Bucharest as the venue.

By agreeing to this Contract with STIL Diamonds, the customer fully assumes these risks.
